Who are Zinzino?

Why do they align with Ginger Tree Holistic Skin Clinic?
I have sold food supplements for a very long time as I firmly believe that we need to improve health from within as well as without in managing skin health and other wellness concerns. I also agree with many, that our food chain is weak, polluted and not providing sufficient nutritional value. Add to this the rise of ultra processed food, high sugar, salt-based foods and prevalence of Type B Malnutrition.
Add to this, the fact that I now see more disturbed skins than I ever have in 20 years of practice, I am convinced of the need to support any skin health or wellness issue with a clear food supplementation plan based on knowledge.
I had become disillusioned with the brand was already stocking – I felt their offer was becoming confused and overly expensive without anyway of checking their effectiveness.
I stopped stocking them or suggesting client use them. For 18 months, I searched for an alternative brand and all I saw was more of the same. Then I found Zinzino. I tested them on myself for 5 months and was in no doubt, that I had not only access to amazing products, but also a rigorous way of measuring the need and the progress for each individual client. What was my experience with Zinzino?
I am not making any medical claims here. I can only relay what symptoms I used to have, and what symptoms I no longer have, and the only change is Zinzino. I recently heard on a podcast by an American doctor, that she makes a difference between symptoms which are common to a situation e.g. ageing vs calling symptoms normal. I don’t know about you, but I am frustrated by people saying things like, oh it’s normal it’s your age, oh it’s the menopause. I feel too many irritating, but debilitating symptoms are dismissed with these phrases – no they are not normal, but they are common.
At 63 I had joint pain, exhaustion, lethargy, bladder weakness, poor quality sleep and general irritability, lack of interest or excitement, no vim or vigour. On a morning I had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning and I could hardly move my right leg as the hip was so tight. I also had bad hand eczema and was considering giving up my work, which I really loved. If I didn’t do exercise AM and PM, my back was in constant pain and discomfort.
I did yoga, pilates, swimming, pushed myself to keep doing things, be positive, when all the time, I really felt like giving up. I had two doses of COVID in 2024 within months of each other and a mild case of shingles. I was taking supplements, including Omegas and had worked with 3 different nutritionists, nothing they suggested helped me and I had spent over £2k with them.
My Zinzino journey so far
Over the last 13 months I’ve slowly added in other Zinzino products and taken their Vitamin D and HbAc1 blood sugar test.
- Zinobiotic – prebiotics for gut health – this has improved sugar/salt cravings, I just don’t want to eat high sugary foods and if I do have a bit of cake or something, I often can’t finish it, plus Zinobiotic has balanced my appetite, so I eat more evenly and only when genuinely hungry
- Xtend – multi vitamin/mineral/phytonutrients needed daily for optimum health for all our organs
- Collagen Boozt – marine collagen, hyaluronic, plenibiotic for gut support, and co-factors needed to make our own collagen – my thinning hair, dry nails, quality of skin on my body have all improved
- Viva+ – magnesium and affron (from saffron) – My sleep quality is noticeable in increased REM sleep using Viva+ and I feel my thinking is clearer – deep sleep means your brain cleans out the glymphatic system – essential for health
- ZinoShine – Vitamin D – my Vitamin D test showed a 84, which was good. But ideally, I need to be closer to 100. As I am very pale skinned, have the red hair gene and burn within 10 mins, I keep out of the sun. So even though there is Vitamin D3 in the Balance Oil, I supplement with one tablet per day. I’m due a re-rest, particularly as we are coming into Autumn/Winter
- My HbAc1 result was good. I think if I had done that test prior to the Balance Oil and Zinobiotic, it wouldn’t have had such a good result
- When I did my Balance Blood Re-test, after 5 months, my Omega ratio was a very healthy 2.7:1!!!!
